Finding and buying the perfect home can be an arduous task. Luckily, we had assistance from Lisa Powell at The Rhonda Roberts Team / Keller Williams, Louisville East. Lisa helped us make a sound offer to a home we found. The seller then accepted our offer and Lisa went to work to draft up a contract and referred us to a lending company that got us approved for a mortgage that we could afford. Lisa also helped us find a reputable home inspector, exterminator, and roofing company that we needed to ensure we were buying a solid property. Unfortunately, the home inspector found leaks in the roof and gas line to the furnace. Lisa stepped up to bat for us, negotiated with the seller, who agreed to replace the roof and repair the gas leak, right before our scheduled closing on the home. Lisa truly went out of her way to ensure we were completely satisfied with our home purchase. You’ll literally will get a HOMErun when you have Lisa on you team!
